In order to streamline maintenance requests and better serve you, we are utilising a support ticket system for any maintenance issues you may have. This includes building maintenance, electrical, heating, damaged fixtures and fittings etc. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. This system is only available for Broadoak Manor staff with a registered email address.
